Fruit Procurement
Direct sourcing from vetted farm partners. Fruits are graded for ripeness, sugar content & defect-free quality before acceptance at our facility. Traceability records kept for every consignment.

Washing & Sorting
Multi-stage washing with potable food-grade water. Optical & manual sorting eliminates damaged, over-ripe, or sub-standard fruit before processing begins.

Pulping & Extraction
Enzymatic treatment & de-aeration under controlled temperature preserves natural colour, aroma, and nutritional value. Brix adjustment as required by customer specifications.

Pasteurisation
UHT or HTST pasteurisation eliminates pathogens while retaining natural flavour and nutrients. pH and Brix are verified and adjusted before the next stage.

Quality Testing
Comprehensive lab analysis — microbiology (TPC, yeast, mould), heavy metals, pesticide residues, Brix, pH, colour (L*a*b*), and sensory evaluation — before every batch is approved.

Packing & Export
Aseptic filling in drums (210 kg), pouches, or custom containers. Full export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, CoA reports & customs clearance handled end-to-end.
