
ChosoAgro's tomato paste is manufactured from fresh, sun-ripened Indian tomatoes processed at peak lycopene content to deliver a deep red, triple-concentrated paste at 28–36° Brix. Available in both hot break (higher viscosity, more natural pectins retained) and cold break (brighter red colour, fresher flavour) options.
