ChosoAgro's tomato paste is manufactured from fresh, sun-ripened Indian tomatoes processed at peak lycopene content to deliver a deep red, triple-concentrated paste at 28–36° Brix. Available in both hot break (higher viscosity, more natural pectins retained) and cold break (brighter red colour, fresher flavour) options.

Indian tomatoes are prized globally for their high solid content and rich red colour. Our paste is widely used as a base ingredient by manufacturers of ketchup, pasta sauces, pizza sauces, soups, ready meals, and culinary products worldwide.
